今日は話題のディープラーニングについて考えました。
ディープラーニングは、人工知能が機械学習を行う技術の
一種です。データの特徴をより深いレベルで学習し、非常
に高い精度で特徴を認識できるため、人の声の認識や、
カメラで撮影した画像の認識などで応用が期待されています。
私は一時期、会社の研究所で当時注目されていた人工知能を
使ったシステム開発をしていた時があります。しかしその時
（1980年代）は、第一次の人工知能ブームで、コンピュータ
の処理能力も低く、ニューロネットワークの技術も緒についた
ばかりでした。まだ人間がプログラムでルールを覚えさせて
いたのが主流だったのです。
しかし今は機械学習と言って、機械が自らルールを取得できる
ように進化しています。しかも、これまでの機械学習では、
特徴の抽出は人間の手で行っていましたが、ディープラーニング
では、機械が自動的に特徴を抽出することができるようになり、
人工知能のブレークスルーといわれるようになりました。
ところでこの技術、ビジネスの世界では、一体何の役に立つの
でしょうか？
まずは、受付対応システムが考えられます。
音声認識でお客様の話す内容から、求めている要望を類推し、
的確な応答・対応に繋げられるコミュニケーションツールです。
そして、現象・事象から故障・トラブルの原因を追求し、
最適な対処方法を見つけてくれる診断サポートシステム。
産業やビジネス・医療の分野での拡大が期待できましょう。
さらに過去の流行や現在のトレンドを分析して、これから人気が
出そうな音楽やデザインを創出できる芸術やファッシンの分野
での導入・利用も考えられます。
ビジネスの分野では、投資判断や経営方針の立案などに適用
できるのではないかと思えます。
でも現在これらの役割を担っている人間は、ベテランやカリスマ
と呼ぼれる特殊な才能を持った人達です。その特殊な才能が、
誰にでも利用できる世界が間近に迫っているのです。
かつてワープロが普及した時、正確な漢字を知らなくても文書が
作成できるようになりました。その結果、日本人の漢字能力の
低下につながりました。漢字が書けない、読めない大人が増えて
きたのです。
ディープラーニングという人工知能の発展普及に伴い、人間の
特殊な才能の発現が低下するのではないかという懸念があります。
特にお金が絡んだビジネスの場合、機械の判断でみんなが同一の
行動をとっては、差別化にはつながりません。損をする人がいる
から、儲ける人がいるのです。
「人の行く裏に道あり花の山」
という有名な言葉があります。みんなが裏を目指したら、そこは
裏では無くなります。結局このようなビジネスの世界では、
ディープラーニングでは読みきれない人間のセンスというか、
勘のようなものが、まだまだ存続し続けるということのなのでしょう。

Hi! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any trouble with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing months of hard work due to no back up. Do you have any solutions to stop hackers?
